Typical virtual interview environment with a manager and executive asking technical and soft skill questions. However, I was asked unusually specific questions about M365 such as "what is the exchange server data size limit" (no one memorizes this, they just Google it) and my thoughts on them removing .pts file accessibility which was a bit surprising. My experience was basically an exact match for the job description, with me having almost all of the preferred qualifications. I was surprised to not receive any feedback after speaking with the hiring manager over the phone and completing a virtual interview but providing no response seems to be how they operate.

It was a phone/video call interview. It went great and the staff was really friendly and inviting. They really gave the feeling of a company that wants to hire and retain employees.

The interview process was nonexistent. I applied online for the position. I was contacted by the recruiter to schedule the interview. Five minutes before my interview was to occur, they cancelled it at the last minute. I was told the interview would be rescheduled. This did not happen because the position was cancelled. They did not take it down on the website at all. This firm interviews candidates for fake jobs. They apparently have no trouble finding candidates they can exploit. The recruiter forgot that a Washington state structural engineer can design bridges. Despite having this rare credential, I did not get interviewed. Do not waste your time applying for these positions because they do not exist.
