I applied online within a couple of weeks I heard back from Dana. She scheduled me an interview for the following week. When I got there I was greeting by the front desk associate Lindsey and told to go to the second floor where I met with Elisa the Human Resources Manager. She proceed to ask me several questions about my work history I answered while she typed. After about 25 minutes of talking I was lead to a room with computer it had a simulator to gauge how I would preform in banking atmosphere. In the simulator you have to be quick and give back proper change and answer questions with limited time. When I was done with the simulator I thought the interview was over but but the actual interview hadn't taken place yet. I was in the room with her for additional 45 minutes for interview questions while she typed. A week after the interview I was sent a letter stating I didn't get them job but the day I received the letter she called to say that was a mistake and they I would start the following week and that I'd be training in Alamogordo. The training lasted a week and the people from Ruidoso got a meal per Diem and paid time for travel and gas reimbursement.

You will be asked some standard questions. Then have to take a pretty simple math test and English test. Then you will have to show that you know how to count back cash.
