Entrevista
I have mixed feelings about this company, I have applied twice and really believe in what they are trying to do. The first time I heard nothing and the second they progressed my application through three rounds. Communication was slow in between. At the final stage I presented to them a task which two days to compile. They seemed disinterested in what I presented and took no interest in getting to know me so I knew I had not got the job. It then took a long time to receive a generic rejection. I asked for further feedback and heard nothing.
Extremely poor communication, it didn’t bode well for how it would be working for them. They ghosted on more than one occasion even though they reached back out to me for another job.

Applied through a referral. Was immediatley contacted but hiring to arrange to speak with direct reporting manager. Relatively casual chat about my CV and my past. Told a little about the role and what was expected. Was then invited to a second interview with a wider group that I would be reporting to, asked questions about management techniques and experience. Didn't get to third and final stage, which I had been told would have been a more technical interview. Was not informed about not getting to the final stage, had to make the assumption after emails (apparently) ignored and several weeks went by. Interview and process was fine, but my emails to them kept ending up in junk boxes, which were not regularly checked or I was handed off between people in the hiring dept. This made the whole process much longer. Once my emails were picked up, I was given a final call to discuss feedback. Good process overall, but some technical issues with emails made it much more stressful than it needed to be.
