Entrevista
Interview by "Executive Director" and Nurse Manager, followed by team interview. I feel I was a victim of reverse discrimination- if you aren't LGBTQ, they aren't interested in you , whether or not you have the applicable experience.

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about Our House and why do you want to work here? What are your strength and weaknesses? What is your approach with patients? If a patient told you he wasn't taking his meds and didn't want his Dr to know, what would you do?
