The interview wasn't really an interview, I was mainly told about the job and asked a few basic questions. Such as if I'm ok with commission job and if I was available between 12am-12pm.

I applied on line, got a call to set up an interview, the interview consisted of : Name a time I had to make a sale and how did I handle it? Then I had to do a live chat interview where I was chatting with the hiring person, and the questions consisted of me trying to sale a phone and having to describe it,etc.
