Entrevista
Asked to interview- was told date and time was not flexible (but that was fine for me). Interviewed by Head of People and Culture and two senior managers. I knew I wasn't going to get the job as the questions they asked did not reflect the skills I had on my CV, but they never got back to me with any feedback at all, either positive or negative. I have chased them but still heard nothing. Very poor manners.
I got a call to come in for position in the bistro. I was asked what I was applying for and I said busser. Surprisingly, they need one, so they didn't ask me ang hard questions. I filled out some paper and ask for my criminal background. Got hired in the spot. Everyone we're welcoming and nice. Can't wait for orientation
