This was a three interview process and a “design task”. Was told I was a top candidate before sending me a design task to redesign a web page, mobile site and presentation slide with a 500 word essay on my design choices for each (1500 words total). Then was told the job spec had changed and was greeted by two people I have no idea their jobs, one didn’t even work at the company. Was asked some ridiculous questions and was told they hadn’t sent me the correct design task. An absolute waste of time.
