First round interview was a brief meeting with the executive manager going over basics of the company, what they do, who their clients include, etc. Brief questioning including very basic get-to-know-you type questions. Second round was a "shadowing" of one of the event managers at one of their event/shows, followed by some interview questions and a basic break down of pay, scheduling, how to climb up in the company, etc.

It was quick and didn't feel personal at all. You sit in a waiting room with a few other people and get called in one by one. The offices were clearly not personalized, making it look almost temporary or like a pop-up. The people are all very nice and seem to be happy with their roles, but there's very little transparency.
