The interview process was very short and simple, only a fifteen to twenty minute conversation running you through the core values of the non-profit and what was expected of you of your time there. Overall very optimistic and gets you excited for the workplace.

Q: What experience do you have working with children?
The process is long but worthwhile. They make you meet the entire staff multiple times, in order to get a accurate assessment of the culture fit. You will end up coming back to the office multiple times. The working environment is very relaxed and filled with people who are passionate about the mission.
