Unprofessional Candidate Experience.
I was contacted by the company for an interview, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I joined the meeting on time and waited for 30 minutes, but the interviewer never showed up. Furthermore, I never received an email, message, or phone call explaining the situation or offering to reschedule. Ghosting candidates after scheduling an official meeting shows a lack of communication and disrespect for people's time.

Second round interview with their client regarding tech stack and skills, such as React Hooks, .NET Core Framework
The client company is nice, overall interview is smooth
I accepted the offer, but the recruit just ghosting after they provided the offer and unable to get any respond from them. They urged interviewee to resign asap while they play ghosting. Luckily I am not resigning as I am not receiving offer letter
