Entrevista
I applied through Indeed and was contacted for a 30 minutes phone interview. Then I had 2 1-1.5 hrs long video interviews with the leadership team (4 managers + CEO) within the same week. I really enjoyed chatting with the entire team and learning about their process or lack of. The CEO was transparent about their current capabilities, goals and career growth/paths.
They will tell you on the spot if you are a fit or not. Love that approach and more companies should do that.

Way too many to remember throughout the 3 interviews. Most of them were about the design process, design handoff, project management, people management, career goals, creative file management, softwares I know/used, SEO, company culture and teamwork. Some of the questions I remember:
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why are you interested in Outspoken media?
3. How do you handle design handoff?
4. How do you organize design files?
5. Are you interested to grow into a leadership role/path?
6. How do you manage tasks?
7. Have you led projects from start to finish?

Incredibly rude - don't ask any questions relating to the position. They know what they are looking for and if you are not it they will cut off the phone call.
