HR released a offer letter with 55% of the CTC discussed, saying "You will show this offer to other company and bring counter offer so we will not give offer letter with discussed CTC. You will get offer letter with discussed CTC on the day you join." I was not sure if they would really give me new offer letter with discussed CTC, as I had relocate from far away I couldn't take that risk. I asked for offer letter for the same, but they even didn't release letter of intent with discussed CTC. At the end, I felt that I had wasted my time.
