Applied online and was contacted via email by a recruiter who scheduled an interview with another revenue cycle leader on the team. This person joined the interview late without having reviewed my resume (and couldn't find a copy to skim during the interview). They weren't really able to explain much about the role that I applied for but asked if I would be interested in another position in the company and gave me a brief overview of that role. Had a very casual conversation with the interviewer who said they would be recommending that I be interviewed by the next person in line. I waited for a week and received an automated email stating that they selected a different candidate. Overall negative interview process and felt like I wasted my and the interviewer's time which is disappointing.
