Incredible process, very thoughtful and fair. The process took two months, and I interviewed with about 8 employees at different levels of the organization. Everyone came prepared with pre-written questions that all interviewees answered. This process was by far the best of my career, if only all companies interviewed how Owen Jones interviews.
