The Interview process begins with a face to face interview with 3 of the staff. One HR, one Supervisor and the Director. This was done at a job conference with head hunters. The next interview was an on-site interview where you go to the plant and actually meat every employee right off the bat. The next stage is to have three separate face to face interviews with HR, other Area leaders, and then the Director again. They have multiple ranges of questions where some overlap.
