The process looked like: -Recruiter (G2 agency) intake call (then was handed over to the internal recruiter) - Hiring manager interview -Design interview -PM interview *ghosted The whole process took about 3 weeks. Scheduling was initially quick and I notice the communication started to slow. I followed up with the recruiter of owl practice but was completely ghosted. I notice they had a lot of internal communication issues. The interview itself was fairly standard. It would be helpful if the recruiter had informed me at which stage the interviewer would be wanting to see my portfolio because I was asked during one of my stages but thankfully had something prepared just in case. I enjoyed the team that I talked to, but thought the recruiting process was handled so poorly. At least have the decency to give a follow up!
