Thank you for taking the time to post your review following your recent interview process.
The comments contained therein are obviously very disappointing as this is far removed from our recruitment processes that we have in place and not up to our usual high standards – which we are very proud of. We have carried out an internal investigation and all candidates should have received feedback on their interview and assignment (prior to your post). In addition, you should have automatically received acknowledgement from our team of any assignment that you have submitted as we are aware of the hard work and investment candidates make with this part of the interview process.
The length of our recruitment process is very much dependent on the business rather than one candidate as fairness and consistency for all candidates is very important to us; we do not fast track any candidates and we will ensure that we go back to recruiting managers to remind them of this should they be saying anything different.
I am very sorry that you feel that your experience is different from our norm and it is disappointing for us to hear of this. When candidates are unsuccessful for a role, for whatever the reason, then we still want them to have had a positive experience of Owlstone and the great company that we are.
Feedback is very important to us to help us develop and we are proud of our employee engagement results (above benchmark) and Glassdoor comments that demonstrate what a great place to work we are. That being said, we can always learn from feedback and would welcome you to reach out to Ali Jackson or Grace Rowley so that we can hear your experiences in more detail.
