The first red flag was that the interviewer was 5 minutes late and didn't even bother to say I'm sorry for being late or even mention it. The next red flag was that not at any time during the interview process was I asked about prior work experiences related to the job, of which I had several, or even past work history in general. It was all these random questions like tell me what happened when you had a bad week at work or when was the last time you used your superpower. Really?

Long interview process 4-5 filters including interviews, test and a case study. It would take you at least 3-4 weeks to complete the process. They’re very nice though, at least during the initial filters
