The interviewers were very nice and responsive through email. The application process was also pretty smooth. A particular positive point about the application process is that they provided detailed feedback after the interview through a phone call.

How do you handle your tasks when time constrained?
How would you solve this challenge?
My Oxfam interview was calm and well-structured. Two HR representatives and one team member were present. They asked several questions about my background, motivation, and expectations, while creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation.
The interview went smoothly and the panel was very nice. I was interviewed by two people. They asked common questions such as “Tell us about yourself”, What’s your biggest strength/weakness” and also some situational and behavioral questions. The interview took about 35 minutes. I had to do a mini test before the interview.
