Interview panel consists of technical personalities. Very friendly environment. Interview conducted in 3 steps. 1 presentation 2. Technical grilling 3. CV analysis 4. Behaviour and professional assessment by putting you in a hypothetical situation or asking you to describe any situation you handled.

Overall, the panel was small but friendly. I began with a presentation that gave an overview of the role. They then told me more about the company, and then we went through my CV in detail. They then went through some questions that covered technical and behavioural skills. Technical questions included endotoxin questions, sterillity, CAPA and change control examples.
