Afterwards you are supposed to make a little video about yourself, answering and explaining similar questions.
I was contacted by a regional director afterwards, to meet. Very professional and she really took her time. I was asked to talk more about myself, why I want to be international and if I can work under pressure. If I have any sales experience.
Then I had to sell her a product.
I was given another chance to do the same, by a video interview. Afterwards I was told I will get a answer the week after. But after waiting for some weeks I heard back to the recruiter and I got noticed that I had to get more experience.
Good, difficult and long process. But better communication would be great and more respectful.
