I went through three rounds of interviews with Oxford College – one online and two in person. The conversations mainly focused on my previous sales experience and the responsibilities of the role. After the third interview, I received an email from the manager on the same day, stating that they would be extending me an offer. However, after that, communication completely stopped. Despite my follow-up emails, the only response I received was that the offer was “still being prepared.” It has now been three weeks, and I have received no further updates. If the decision is not to move forward, a clear rejection would be far more professional than leaving candidates waiting without any feedback. This kind of experience reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring process and shows a lack of respect for applicants’ time and efforts.
