Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Oxford Knight Limited (Londres, Inglaterra) em out. de 2020
Entrevista
The initial telephone interview lasted 6 minutes. I was disappointed due to the preparation i had put in. I was not asked about my experience, skills or knowledge and how it can be applied to the role. It was disappointing as I felt rushed off the phone. I was only asked two interview questions.

First interview I met with three different senior consultants who all were very pleasant. They asked me about my background, my motivations and why I would like to work at Oxford Knight ( make sure you do your research! Pros / cons of what you want from a recruitment company). They also explained to me how the hierarchy works and the promotion structure - overall it was very informative and I got a really good impression.
Second round I met with about 4-5 different people and the 2 directors, Gareth and Abdul. I thought these interviews again gave me a good idea about the culture and relaxed environment that Oxford Knight has. Definitely will question you on your motivations and why recruitment.
Interviews with the directors were quite tough - they asked about business knowledge and questions on my degree / previous company I worked for's business model etc. Ask if you don't understand the question and don't lie / pretend you know. They just want to know if you pay attention and are a hard working person.
Overall - it was a little bit tough based on the amount of people I spoke to, but it gave me a good idea of the company and culture which is why it ended up being my favourite.
They are looking for people who have low egos, aren't over sales-y and are genuine/down to earth, but very hard working. If this is you, then Oxford Knight will be great for you.
