Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Oxford Lasers (Shirley, MA) em set. de 2023
Entrevista
Remote interview followed by in person. Contacted through recruiter. Final round was joint with someone from UK. Process was straightforward and most feedback was positive. Company was not always communicative about process pauses which were foreseeable (people at tradeshows or otherwise predictably unavailable)

Show product area knowledge (didn't need specifics but wanted to make sure there was a high level understanding of systems?)
Initial interview was through Teams and then an in-person interview. The initial interview was a discussion of the job role and determining whether I was a suitable fit. The in-person interview was a tour of the facilities and some more detailed questions.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Oxford Lasers (Didcot, England) em abr. de 2017

The interview was quite easy, they were asking quite easy technical questions (for a laser engineer with certain experience). Honestly, easy to get a job there for a laser engineer or mechanical engineer. They put a lot of importance on the variety of skills that you have

What Projects I did before? How I managed to solve certain issues in that project? How can i make a repeatable cnc system (to start marking from a certain position), how can I identify the interest position ? How can I scan very fast a surface with a laser beam? (with a polygon mirror scanner ). After everything it was a paper test (quiz) similar to an IQ test
