Online interview over zoom. Required to answer around 4 different coding questions in a chalkboard style. Draw back was this was required to be answered on a google doc page. Individuals gave good feedback during the interview process, including advice about future applications.

30-minute chat with the head of the department. Talking about the company, the role, and what I have done. Thought it went quite well, but was then ghosted. Followed up with an email to the hiring manager to see if I had been rejected, but never got a reply. Disappointing. Would expect the basic courtesy of being rejected.
