Entrevista
The interview was in-person, and standard questions were asked. However, I had a negative experience when the team refused to answer any follow-up emails about the position, and I saw that the role had been reposted on LinkedIn. It would've been nice to at least be informed that I wasn't selected, especially since I came to the office in person and invested a significant amount of time into the role.

Entrevista
Interview began with a phone screening. I then got offered a first round interview. This interview went well, and I was offered a second interview. The second interview was in-person and I thought went really well. After that I knew the hiring manager was still finishing up interview that week I heard nothing. I followed up the next week, and there was still no update. I saw the job re-posted about 4 times on LinkedIn during my interview process. I followed up again the following week. Received a reply from the hiring manager saying they "made an alternate call for the organization". I don't even know what that means, I feel like they just hired internally. Overall, I thought there was a lack of transparency and communication on their end. It left me with an icky feeling of the company, as this was a position I was really excited about.
