Applied online and was contacted by in-house recruiter after about a week and a half. Interview was scheduled for 1 week later, and no offer of compensation (I was travelling from abroad). Was interviewed by 2 people, who I would have been working for. I was first given a copyediting test -- this was not too difficult. The interviewers were pleasant, but a little bit cold. There were a lot of behavioral questions "...give me an example of a time when..." I found out after about a week that I was unsuccessful, but helpfully I was given a reason based on the interviewers' notes.
