Two one hour interview with case studies regarding multiples. They don't provide feedback after the interview. The first interview was regarding multiples valuation and the second one was regarding one deal they have done and how would you do the deal.

- Phase 1: Resume and Cover Letter screening
- Phase 2: 2 rounds of 2 interviews each (both behavioral and case study)
- Phase 3: interview with partner to understand motivation
