Ozark Technical Community College's procedure is to have a panel of 3 men and 3 women. They have a list of questions from which to choose, each of the 6 choose which questions they want to ask, they narrow it down to a handful for each person and they each read the question round robin. There is an opportunity at the end to add anything you want, but it is not an interview that flows naturally, and I believe that is because it's a committee.
