The interview process took 2 weeks ! I had a phone interview and than I had an face to face interview with 2 of the partners , had a realistic job preview .

Very laid back, phone interview and then two interviews with separate "managing partners" which is basically a Regional Manager one Managing Partner was drastically different from the other.

Entrevista
I met with the Regional Manager, the General Manager of the property and had a great first impression of the company, their concept,and the overall corporate
message. They gave me a great idea of the ideals and the view of where the company wanted to be in the next year, the next 5 years, and going forward to the next 20 years.
