Do not interview with P3 Search. They don’t follow the normal hiring process. I reached the 3rd interview stage and was told straight after the interview and face to face that I was unsuccessful. One of the interviewers interviewed me in a Hugo BOSS t-shirt and hardly gave me any eye contact. Asked me random questions such as where I do my grocery shopping and and the restaurants I eat in.
