Applied online, had an interview via teams about 3 weeks later. In the interview i was finally told, that there is no real position. They are just looking for future potential. Interview was not very detailled and they could not answer my questions.
They just waste your time!

2 Step, 1 with working level, 1 with CEO. Informal, primarily experience based and conversational. Discussion of approach to problem solving, experience in both technical and project management terms and discussions of the types of problems worked on. Network discussion also.
