Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela P97 Networks (Houston, TX) em set. de 2019
Entrevista
Sat in a conference room and mostly listened. It was very informative, and I learned a lot about the company and their products/services. Unfortunately, some key factors were not mentioned until after the interview, such as the expectation of well over 40 hours per week on a regular basis.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela P97 Networks (Houston, TX) em jun. de 2023
Entrevista
Was contacted by hiring manager on LinkedIn. Had a phone screen with recruiter. Then had a very disorganized followup interview with a software engineer who had not been informed of the role I applied to. Then had a followup in-person technical interview with a principal software engineer, who was actually very personable and respectful. Was supposed to have a final interview with the hiring manager. Finally got to speak to them after rescheduling multiple times (was stood up SEVERAL times), who made it seem like I would be extended an offer. Was told I would hear back within a week. Weeks pass, I have to reach out MULTIPLE times. Each time get strung along and told "sorry, I'll reach out to you soon." Ultimately ghosted.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela P97 Networks (Houston, TX) em mai. de 2021
Entrevista
The interview is straight forward, if you have knowledge, skills and your technical is strong then you will be okay, and just be yourself. Their tech stack pretty much API and using Azure cloud technology such as AKS, function app, blob storage, cosmos DB ... nothing special. Declined the offer cause they offering the same salary at my current job and they want you to go back to work after everything back to normal (I’m currently working remotely even things go back to normal) so it doesn’t make sense to take the new job with the same pay and I have to drive to work, also heard that they expecting you to work on the weekend when needed but don’t expect to get pay overtime.
