HR didn’t communicate with each other because one called me for an interview, & another sent the generic “if we determine you are fit, we will give you a call” email. Once you set up an interview, you are to fill out an official application, send letter of recommendations, & unofficial transcripts before your interview. Two ladies interview you thoroughly. After the 30 min interview, you have to take 3 tests; reading comprehension, spelling, & phone customer service- multiple choice, typing out the word, & choosing best response & worst response respectively. It seemed like a lot for an office assistant position that mostly anyone can do.
