Probably one of the worst experiences and apparently worst professionals I've ever had the chance of meeting before. I did not apply for this position and I was approached by them. I had 4 separate interviews and wasted a total of 5 hours of my time during this process and got basically ghosted in the end. My frustration stems from not being treated with respect as a professional. I understand I may not be the right candidate for the position but after 4 separate interviews, I get 0 response from the hiring team. I think we can all agree that time is valuable but it seems that since I was not the person they were looking for, I just got ignored. Anyway looking at it now, it is probably for the best because I couldn't imagine working with people that act like children but that's my experience and yes this is a rant because that is how offended I felt. I hope one day they understand the disrespect I felt and maybe change their selfish tune. I could go on and on. I tried hard to walk away and not leave this review but I feel that I'm not the only one that has been treated that way. Maybe you can read this and understand that it's not you, it just seems that Partech leaders have lost their touch of professionalism.
