Truly the Oddest interview I have ever had. Interviewer wanted to record the interview to transcribe, which was a little weird. Secondly the questioning was hyper-scripted and the person told me so. 5 situational questions; ie, Best experience, worst experience, strengths, weakness, etc. Elementary stuff for what is a rather technical role. Second round, the hiring manager seemed to just be looking for competitive intel. Wierd. Opted out after this. So disappointing because I have followed their CEO and heard him speak at conferences, it seemed like a great company to work for.
