Went well. Asked a lot of questions, offered multiple job options, not only the one I went for when applying for the job. Also talked about their hiring process, which didnt feel amazing to me.

Interview followed by a job offer. Not a complex interviewing process. Mostly personality based interviewing questions, trying to get an understanding of what kind of worker you are. Great people at a small company.
