I was approached by the VP of Sales via LinkedIn to submit my resume and had a brief phone interview with the Regional Sales Manager. The second interview was face-to-face with the Regional Manager and I drove roughly 6 hours round trip to meet. I throught the interview went well and enjoyed the conversation. Despite positive feedback and follow-up, I was never passed on to the next steps. Instead of PCA reaching out to let me know they'd gone in a different direction (which is fine - it happens), they went completely dark on me. I took a day off work and fought a lot of traffic to entertain the 2nd interview and was gracious throughout the process. A "thanks, but no thanks" e-mail takes about 30 seconds to send...I was disappointed and put off by the lack of professional courtesy extended to me by PCA Skin.
