Started with a phone screen and then an in person interview on site. It was then followed up with another phone call by one of the business unit managers. Each part was less than 30 min.

Definitely a unique experience. The HR rep did not know my name. Interview consisted of explaining the job and asking about my experience, going through my resume and asking for salary expectations (range was 45-55k usd). The rep explained that overtime was normal and you would need to be available on weekends. They said they would be in touch within a week and then ghosted me.
