A one-way video interview. There were very easy questions; however, the interview format is more difficult than the typical one-on-one format. There were 2 attempts and unlimited time to think.

I applied online through their website. Got an email requesting to do a one-way interview from the company a few days later. The questions were fair and straightforward. I'm waiting to see if I got into round 2 of the process.
