First they start with an automated online Interview, then they do one in person, then if you make it that far, they will do a phone interview mostly just to tell you more about the job and make sure you are interested.

I got an online interview a week after I applied through the university job posting. The questions were mostly behavioral, such as, they would ask you if you are willing to relocate or not. However, I haven't heard from them yet and it's been three weeks so I probably didn't get the job.
