First round of the interview was recording yourself responding to behavior questions. Second round included shop PM and HR to go over experience and skills. Interview was for multiple positions so others were present like construction manager and estimator.

It was a two stage process. First step was a preset questions and second step was with a HR Manager and Project Manager. Even though i didn't got selected it was a great experience.
