Very well organized and Very easy and friendly. Interviewed with a couple of managers over the phone. They asked all the relevant questions and also explained the roles and responsibilities. Explained to me about the project I will be working on and also the great benefits of working with this company long term.

Straight forward questions, provided great feedback to my questions and listened to my concerns on what I was looking for in my next employer. The interviewer was not just a person that knew things about HR she understood what information I was talking about even if you may have not worked on engineering items.

Entrevista
Several group interviews with department heads that took interest in you mainly in the form of two to three interviewers per group. For the most part it was open and they did try to ease tension. Overall a pleasant experience.
