I was initially recruited by a headhunter, and then I had an interview with the recruitment company as the first step. The second interview was directly with the company, and it went extremely well. The interviewing team was highly knowledgeable and had vast experience. After the interview, the recruiter contacted me again for a follow-up.

Hiring team is very enthusiastic. They do have a long process for references if it is your first job out of college. I had 3 interviews and they were very casual. They gave me a chance to make questions and did reply to my following email about the process.

Entrevista
Met with the HR team member, and a Construction Manager. After the interview an offer was made within a week. We discussed my future, and where I wanted to go with the company, and the retirement program.
