They are nearly constantly in need of production help. They are looking for reassurance that you will have good attendance, a decent if not good attitude, and be prepared to endure the physical and environmental difficulties of the job, as well as working a much as they need you to.

Interview went well was two stage one with HR and one with hiring manager.
Was ghosted. Tried to follow up but no response. Employers complain that they get ghosted for interviews and start dates but then they do it to you and it's ok Double standards......
