I got an email to come in for in-person interviews, however I was unavailable so they accommodated a phone interview. Asked the usual questions. Asked about previous experience in a clinical environment and my future goals. Since I was unable to make it in person they scheduled me for a shadow shift for me to get an idea of the job and environment.
