I was told there would be 3–4 rounds. Completed an assessment Did a coding and technical interview — but the interviewer didn’t seem to have much technical knowledge 3 & 4. Never happened After the second round, I asked for feedback and got a generic rejection message: "We carefully reviewed your background and experience, and though we do not have a position that is a strong match with your qualifications at this time..." If they were not serious about hiring, they shouldn't waste candidates' time. At least provide proper feedback instead of playing around with the process
