The interview consisted of conversations with: - Senior Product Analyst (peer group) - Auto Product Manager - Home Product Manager - Actuary - Manager of the Product Managers - HR Person Each conversation was around 30-45 minutes. No whiteboarding/livecoding was involved.

Couple weeks after submitting a resume/cover letter, PEMCO emailed SQL homework. There were 5 questions with no access to databases (just write the commands). Along with answers, PEMCO asked how long the problems took. A week after my SQL homework was graded, I had a 30min phone screen (ended up being 24min). After several intro questions, I was asked about every responsibility of the job listing. The next week I was declined for an on-site interview.
