It was very quick although very thorough. They really wanted to get to know me as a person, as well as my personality in the workplace. They ask me about my previous jobs and about my previous managers. How I got along with my co-workers in the past and how I feel I would do in the mortgage industry.

The interview process was standard for the industry. The questions were a little obscure given the nature of the job. They became disinterested the moment they found out that I did not live in state. (Nevada)

Do you have prior experience in a customer service representative role?
I inquired and was contacted immediately and an interview was quickly scheduled for the very next day. The interview was conducted on a national holiday and after waiting for an hour, I was told that they were backed up and someone would be with me shortly.
