Entrevista
An initial telephone screening with the talent team then a video interview with the manager of the role in which was a positive experience. They had a conversational approach rather than a complete formal one. I was successful at this stage and invited to interview with the team. This was unfortunately where it became a negative experience. From the beginning of the interview it was hostile and throughout the interview it was hostile and they could not answer some of my questions which was concerning. The interview was very formal in comparison to the interview with the manager of the role. It felt like many questions especially follow up questions were asked to be used against me as a candidate rather than for me. After the interview I'm told I was overqualified and did not answer questions detailed enough which I do not agree with at all as my time was wasted and from questions they asked at the interview it was clear they didn't review my CV.

Entrevista
It was pleasant and nice. However, it lack of transparency, no status update from recruiter. It had to be accommodated with Australian interviewers. The questions did not match the job requirements.

If it was made faster it would have been good
